Customer pickup
After receipt of payment, we will let you know at which warehouse you can pick up the ordered products.
Please note: the warehouse to pick up the goods is located either in Düsseldorf or in Essen. Once the order has been processed, we will send you the address and time when you can collect the material.
Delivery / Shipping
We offer our customers in Germany the option of having the items delivered to their warehouse. Since the delivery is carried out by a forwarding agent, we charge a minimum amount of €123 for the delivery. This amount increases individually depending on the weight and distance to the destination. If you would like to use this option, please select the shipping method ‘Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands’ in the shopping cart.
